Yoga class with me means you are going to learn something. I teach with intentions of helping you feel better by (re)learning about yourself so the knowledge is yours for years to come. My clients are diverse, but all are curious.

I have over 10 years experience teaching yoga as a full-time career and a dozen certifications to help you expedite finding the right path, and give you flexibility to practice any way you need to. From meditation to handstands, everything serves a purpose. What would be nourishing for you, today?

I finished an ACE personal trainer certification in 2019 to inform my teaching and deepen my understanding of the human body. Expect a dose of anatomy and physiology in most classes.

    Take class with Devin online, on your schedule! Class is offered live via Zoom once each week. Whether you attend or not you will receive the link to the pre-recorded zoom class via email to watch and practice on your own time! Each class is available to watch for 30 days.

    All Levels Yoga requires no prior experience. We do suggest having a yoga mat and maybe a yoga block at home but a stack of books works just fine, too! Please message us before the start of the series with any major injuries or conditions we should know of.

  • Held at Optimal Healing

    Tuesdays 5:30pm

    Be gentle with yourself. This slow and low class includes basic gentle stretching, restorative poses, and breath practices (pranayama). Expect to spend much of the class seated or laying down and even have time for guided meditations. Another holistic way to approach your yoga practice this class is great for helping to stretch and release tension from many layers of yourself.

    Sundays 10:30am
    Mondays 5:30pm (Ends 4/28)

    The foundations of a yoga practice can be layered to continuously deepen and advance progressively. This class goes through the progressions of poses so it is both beginner friendly and appropriate for those advancing their practice. Expect to learn poses that build strength and poses that increase flexibility/mobility. Breathing techniques and brief meditations may also be instructed during this holistic, hour class.

    Tuesdays 6:45pm

    My yoga practice transformed when I started adding strategic training. Yoga asana favors certain movements considerably, while missing some fully (hello, pulling). Join me for a simple fitness class that gives you a good workout and keeps your body happy to be able to keep practicing yoga for decades to come! A variety of equipment will be used; beginners are welcome and fully expected!

    Mondays 6:45pm

    A Vinyasa flow class that focuses on sequences of standing poses and detailed transitions between poses. Expect to learn and practice standing poses, arm balances, inversions, and advanced pranayam. A vigorous practice, this class is best suited for intermediate students with knowledge of alignment and basic yoga poses.

  • Inversions

    It's playtime! In this empowering inversions yoga class, you’ll explore poses that challenge your body and mind. By flipping your perspective, you’ll not only strengthen your muscles but also build confidence and courage. Inversions help you tap into your own strength, leaving you feeling more grounded and empowered both on and off the mat.  This is a class that is best for those who are interested in learning or finessing handstand and forearm balance. Beginners welcome and advanced options for those working on being off the wall, but space is limited!

    We will practice a brief vinyasa flow warm-up and begin the basics of being upside down. Devin is trained in the details and alternative techniques to have everyone successfully upside down!
    Because of the nature of these poses, we strongly suggest that participants have some yoga practice. Conditions that may affect participation include, but not limited to, neck or shoulder injuries, and glaucoma. Please speak with us at least one day in advance if you are unsure.

    Everyone says yoga is good for stress and anxiety...and we're going to tell you, and show you, how.
    This 2-hour workshop includes the science behind stress and anxiety management and where yoga fits in. We will cover what kinds of yoga work for these conditions and help you to workshop ways to use yoga to manage stress and anxiety (they are different after all). The class culminates in a soothing Yoga Nidra practice (guided relaxation), a deeply restorative practice that helps you tap into the parasympathetic nervous system, leading to a profound sense of calm and mental clarity. 

    As a special bonus, you'll receive free access to a guided practice, so you can revisit this healing experience anytime you need a moment of peace. Join us to relax, rejuvenate, and empower yourself with tools for everyday stress management.

    Welcome to Kiddo Yoga – a fun, playful class designed for little ones ages 3 to 6!* Through games, obstacle courses, and bubble-filled adventures, kids will get the chance to stretch, move, and giggle while learning valuable tools for moving their bodies and calming their minds. We'll explore yoga poses in creative ways that make exercise fun, and if we're lucky, we'll end with a little relaxation too!

    Grown-ups are encouraged to join in on the fun and be part of the experience (space permitting). It’s all about exploration!
