Body Maintenance

Some modifications are offered but all bodies hare stories and are different so if you have questions, please reach out and listen to your body as you move.

The 30 minute class is built in intervals so you have quick rests built in. Pause the video for more time as needed! Remember to drink water, be mindful of the space around you, and get clearance from your physician before you begin any exercise routine.

Equipment Suggested: Mini Bands, Light Weights.
