How to Flow
My All Levels Yoga and Intermediate practices give you plenty of options to flow. Many people see this as an opportunity for a little extra challenge in their practice. I like to think of it as ‘wiping the slate clean’ as an old yoga teacher used to say. Between sides or sequences, it’s a middle ground to link breath and movement together; it’s a restart button to begin again.
But you know I’m opinionated. I think there are simply more effective ways that over time build. Some details can make the world of difference between chronic discomfort in the flow or not. This short practice guides you through a few variations that you can revisit again and again.
As always, listen to your body and move with intention and breath. Try it out!
